Its premium silicone surface is intentionally softer and more flexible than traditional hard chopping boards, allowing it to absorb impact during food preparation.

As part of normal use:

• Light knife marks
• Surface impressions
• Minor cosmetic wear

May occur over time, particularly when using sharp knives or applying concentrated pressure.

These cosmetic signs of use do not affect product performance or food safety.

For best longevity:

• Avoid excessive cutting force
• Avoid serrated chopping motions
• Use consistent slicing motions where possible

Cosmetic wear resulting from normal use does not affect the performance, safety, or durability of the product and is not considered grounds for a refund under our returns policy.

At STYLD.®, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about your product, we encourage you to contact our team. Each enquiry is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or store credit as a gesture of goodwill.

Our Unbreakable Promise: If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we’ll replace or refund it. Just email us with a photo. Because our drinkware is food-grade and touches what you eat and drink, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, for hygiene reasons.
